Dungeon Defenders is an action-RPG Tower Defense game in which your mission is to defend Etheria from an Ancient Evil! Select one of four classes when creating your hero to fight back wave after wave of enemies with summoned defenses and direct combat! Customize and level your character while customizing equipment, gathering loot, collecting pets, and more! Navigate through multiple difficulty modes as well as challenge/survival missions in order to earn more experience and riches – bring along friends for a 4-player local split screen co-op as you collaborate and plan strategies together or compete in PvP Deathmatch!

• Local Co-Op – Join forces with up to three friends for cooperative defense using character classes that support each other’s strengths and weaknesses. Dynamically combine local (split screen) and online players at any time; leave/join at will so the game stays full at all times!
• Tower Defense Meets Action-RPG – You choose your class, customize your character & equipment customization, and strategically deploy defenses to preserve your castle against an invasion army! And the action-packed battle begins directly between these mighty foes!
• Four Distinct Character Classes – Every character class offers its own skill tree, set of towers, and basic attacks! Choose how you want to play from being stealthy like the Huntress by turning invisible behind enemy lines while planting traps behind their lines to going all-out blocking choke points and crushing enemies underfoot with Squire’s attack!
• Loot and Level Up – Take the money and items dropped by defeated enemies as loot from your defeated foes to trade or store in your Item Box for later use! Earn experience points as you complete waves to upgrade characters, skills, equipment, and towers per stat based on hit points (Hit Points/ Attack Rate/ Damage, etc), store excess funds in ‘Mana Bank’ before using it either to upgrade equipment directly or trade freely between other players; confidently display your best equipment without fear of item theft! Display your best equipment proudly inside an Adventurer Tavern without fear!
• Over 100 Enemies and Epic Boss Battles – Over one hundred simultaneous enemies will attempt to penetrate your defenses while massive Boss Monsters appear and cause havoc, all at the same time! Only by employing effective defensive strategies, teamwork, and strong character will you defeat these insidious foes! Different enemy types range from big dumb Orcs wielding massive axes all the way through to lithe Dark Elves who strike from shadowy corners as well as crazy kamikaze goblins; can you win epic boss battles while collecting special loot while simultaneously protecting crystals?
